Farmer_Hacks wrote J-tags arnt online but they may be some time, RGH's will never be online so i would get a japer J-tag, or a Trinity with tripple nand but thats $400, but totally worth it i have one, best investment ever.

You can get triple nand slims for under 300.

ok and i swear i only have one last question this time(by the way thanks for helping me so much you have no idea how much i appreciate it) if i get a RGH slim i know i will be able to infect my retail xbox like you just said but i will also be able to just use it offline to download games like a regular JTag correct?

Yes a rgh and a jtag do the same things allowing the user to run unsigned code.
