Use toothpaste/Valvoline.
All you need to is cover the disc with either toothpaste/Valvoline then wait 5 minutes then put it under water to wash it off then dry it with a clean cloth. If this doesn't work then take it to a game shop and pay 3 and they will put it into a machine. That should work if it doesn't then it's  and you'll have to get a new disc.

Good luck!

Go to a video game store, rent the same game, swap the discs, then you're done. That's what I do.

If your disk has the 'Perfect Ring' around it then there is no playing it anymore, this is why i download my games to the harddrive, im sure you can find a good friend to let you download the disk to your hardrive then you can play this scratched game, or go to gamestop, rent mw3, download to hardrive, and return the game. Im pretty sure gamestop can fix these disks too. I remember Blockbuster could when there was stores around here. usually cost $3. Or do what barf said
But i usually get a call from them if the game is broken and i have to pay for it, not worth it!
