Rules differ from person to person as they do in real life. If you do not follow the rules you will be kicked from lobby and possible banned from any other lobby.

Cops
1) DO NOT FIRE UNLESS FIRED UPON
2) Do not pull anyone over for unreasonable causes
3) Do not speed unless you are in pursuit
4) Must follow all traffic regulations
5) Cops must have MARKED cop cars with visible sirens
6) Do not hijack any vehicles
7) If cop is reported several times for traffic violations you will be punished, fired, or kicked

Civilans:
1) You CAN NOT shoot cops
2) You can run from a cop if you chose to [Beware of consciences]
3) If pulled over or stopped you must listen to the cop
4) after arrested you can not drive away, you must follow cop back to the station
5) Your not allowed to use a helicopter or any police marked vehicle
6) If you run from cops to many times they have the right to shoot on contact
7) You may not have any weapons but a pistol (NO STICKY BOMBS!
