Does anyone know how to unlock the 10th prestige spinning emblem legit? Rep would be appracited

There is SERIOUS speculation about how to get it, some say you have to work for IW to have it. If you watch the CTF Trailer for MW2 (before the game came out) you can see he kills someone who has the emblem set and hes like a level 40 no prestige. So basically its impossible IMO lol

You can only get it by hacking. That's unconfirmed like, but i see no other way to get it. Lots of Youtube videos of people legitly getting all challenges and other titles and emblems, and no spinning tenth.

retard you have to complette all challenges and get to 10th 70 the challenge is "The Complettionist" or something i cant spell

There was even this 1 guy that got ALL challenges legit (ouch) except for 2, and played a match and got them (so now he had all challenges legit) and still no emblem.

If there was a challenge called 'The Completionist', it would be, strangely, in the challenges section, and it isn't.
