I had the same problem but when I got mad and punched it a couple times,it fixed somehow.lol Now its in worse shape than before though

Hold your controller in one hand.
Spin the disk with the other.

You have 2 options.
Option 1:
But a new xbox.
Option 2:
Open your xbox, take out the drive, buy a new drive and put it back in.
That's all you can do im afraid.
