I can ship to the US if you pay for the shipping fees. I do have some games on it atm (Mortal Kombat with DLC and non-playable bosses e.g. Shao Kahn, PGA 13, SFxTK with DLC + PS3 exclusives, MW3 with current DLC out, Black Ops with all map packs, Crysis 2, Borderlands, Halo 2, Pacman). I can put on whatever games/DLC you want on there. The only emu I've used is mupen (N64) but that's through usb through Xell.
