Working out doesn't stunth your growth , it as been prooved by the American Academy of Pediatrics , and if you don't believe me go read it yourself : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
What is not recommended for teens (13-16 years old) is to not do heavylifting cause your muscle arn't completely formed so you can hurt yourself really bad .

I play football (soccer) and basketball. I work out a little bit as well.

I work out i go to the gym about 3 times a week maybe 2 i don mostly cardio.
