It would be pretty close with a 650watt I would recommend a 750watt of a good company like corsair instead just to be safe

It will be fine. How do I know? I'm running two PNY 560 ti's on my TX 650w ( which is downgraded ). If you're actually measuring the watts from the wall, it's more than safe. Although you wouldn't have a lot of overclocking headroom, that is to be expected.

These guys dont know what there talkin about.
You don't need a 750 watt PSU. You could just wire up your car battery to it and just turn on your car to run your computer. It will save you allot of money in the long run.

yea that's enough my comp is just fine with an xfx pro650 running two 6870's and a i5-2500k at 4.6ghz
