will my laptop run GW2 on lowest with 30+ framerate?

Cpu= amd phenom 2 quad core
Gpu= ati mobillity radeon 4250 256mb of video ram.
ram= 4 gigs
320 gig Hdd 5700 rpm

... ihate when people post canyourunit..... it gets my video card wrong all the time... i have an ati mobility radeon 4250 and it says i have 2 gig of dedicated vid ram.... I WISH

no cyri is wrong.... it said i couldent run bfbc2... i run it med settings with 40-50 fps.......... THAT WEBSITE IS BROKEN
