Xenons are most likely the best for a beginner, and they are usually the cheapest. Either a Xenon, or a Falcon, are usually the 2 most favored ones. A xenon usually costs around 180 or so, without cables, and installed games, and so on.

Jaspers are the best ones and obviously the most money.
I would get a Xenon if you do not want to spend alot.
