I've recently been banned from XBL, (to the very close year, 9999) on an account with 13th on MW3 10th on everyother cod and had every map pack for every cod, cod elite, GoD games, DLC for other gamees, Arcade games, all that fun stuff. Plus a huge gamerscore. I took a ban to the face, when I was hacked. I reported it to M$ and they locked down the account and refunded the money spent on points while it was hacked, then it got banned while the account was out of my control.

Today, I've just re-bought CoD Elite and it didn't work due to the activisions fail TU update. I've also recently purchased another console due to mine getting RRoD, I've contacted Xbox support to get my Elite subscription transferred to my gamertag, they said it was not possible but they could make up the months I had left with gold. So she went and asked her super visor and he gave her permision, (I did not ask for this, she was just being nice) and becuase of this, I was perma banned from Xbox Live and my account banned to 9999. I was banned from a person giving me XBL out of her heart. FUUUUU XBOX
