The-Kush-Ops wrote xell reloaded reads discs so im sure it will work just never tried it myself

It turned on then shut off, now i don't know if it will turn back on.

I turned the jtag on and then, xbox 10 seconds later it turned off automatically and then will not turn back on now.

it wont even turn on via eject? ask the guy who gave you the file if he gave u the wrong nand file

After you flash the NAND you should always power cycle (pull the power from the console for atleast 5secs then re-connect power and turn back on). He didn't do that, he just turned it off and back on again so now it needs to be manually reflashed.
