I also x-clamp them, and run the NAND thru 360 Flash Tool to up the fan speeds to 98%. This is the same thing as a 12V fan mod, only this allows you to be able to replace the fans or anything else without having to deal with the wires that are spliced to perform the 12v fan mods.
