i was playing swtor legitly level 15 just got my ship when i got dissconnected from server and was given error 3001 an email was sent saying this

Due to the severity of this Terms of Service violation, we have permanently closed your account effective immediately. Account closure is reserved for the most serious breaches of our Terms of Service, but can also be applied in cases where an account has accumulated an increased number of minor violations over a period of time.

Please note that your account will no longer be billed and we have removed your credit card information.

i dont even no what it means to buy a sell a charater credits or copy right material since im so new to the game what happened was i hacked
