Microsoft-iMod-K wrote I got banned on my last account, and removed it along with all the data from my hard drive, until I realised that was the account I purchased my Map Packs.

yer no way u didnt buy them then ive been banned 5 times and i still have my maps u just to f*ckin lazy to buy them

if u did actualy buy them and have been removed well buy them again all u need is 2100 msp

I've never been banned, but can't you still recover your banned account and find the download history? If you can, just download them again. If not, there's no way to get them back. :/

Or.... Go to tutorials and there should be some tutorials on how to get Call Of Duty World at War maps for free with a simple USB mod
