Dropbox is a filesharing/filehosting website, I doubt its a 'javadrive by' very much.
Most likely his client.jar/cache for the client.

Didn't even realise what site it was on either, rswebclients is trusted and they only allow you to upload real clients... :stupid:

A java drive by is a scripted Remote Access Trojan or Keylogger that gives full access to all administrative tools most people will use Gateway or Blackshade's to control this scripted RAT from their own computer there for resulting in the connection being HostBooted or DDoSed and hacked... you can watch webcams and chat with your connection at the same time your on their account...

Alright 3 things.

1. So explain why you thought dropbox and rswebclients would have anything to do with a your description of a Java drive by?

2. A java drive by can be used for other purposes than a RAT or Keylogger ect... It is used to download a program from the internet... Whether thats a virus or just a text file thats up to the uploader. In this case it downloads a file from dropbox which would be used for either the clients files or the cache.

3. Do you even know who you just called a 'skid'. I've been here much longer than you have, I have more respect that you have with this section and anybody who comes here who isn't half retarded knows who I am. So please, watch your mouth before you get yourself in a whirlwind of sh*t ;)
