i have google adsense and well, i applied for the partner program at the url youtube.com/partners and i received a email like this

No everybody in a certain 20 countries got a partner email they are not accepting parnter because they have to many partner u will have to get you partner thourgh .e.g tgn

I suppose if you getting money for adverts then technically you are haha.
Yesterday on TTG I seen a question about adsense is this what your doing?

Adsence is a pain in the pass it can take youtube 6/8 months for them to partner you cause they enabled it

It's just monetization so no banner etc.
