10th Lobby Refund

We do not Refund you what so ever unless it is a mistake that is our fault. If you pay and decide you do not want to wait till the next lobby we will not refund you. Also If you accidently get De-Ranked in the lobby your money will not be refunded but we will invite you to the game to fix it.


Kv Refunds

We do not refund you your money for a KV once it is sent unless you provide proof it is not working. Also if we provide you a KV and it is bad we will not refund your money, we will only provide you with a new working KV.
