Yep title says it all I feel like Gog right now.

Here are the requirements for the Big Boss Emblem

No Kills
No Alerts
No Continues
No Recovery items
No Special Items Such as the stealth camo and the infinite ammo bandana
Have to complete the game in under 5 hours.

I will upload proof later as i didn't think to take a picture.

Im guessing you mean the boss fights you just use non-lethal equipment eg the solar gun, and stun grenades.
