Ok, so I have been using ISO's and modding GTA IV and randomly come in to a game with this kid who can spawn anywhere, lock car doors, and change characters in game. Please tell me whether that is a JTAG/RGH or not.

fist of all there are no JTAG GTA MODS they are script mods my friend
