Step14. ONCE YOU ARE ABLE TO MOVE, SAVE AND QUIT
Step15. BACK OUT, GO TO SPEC OPS
Step16. TWO PLAYER ONLINE, THEN WAIT THERE AND READ NEXT STEP
Step17. DO NOT! CHOOSE A MAP! JUST PRESS THE "O" BUTTON
Step17. INVITE A FRIEND AND START GAME
Step18. DONE!

Controls!
Spec ops mod menu instructions
press select until you get to:

INFECTIONS:
up on Dpad = UFO mode
down on Dpad = Godmode
left on Dpad = enemies cant see you
right on Dpad = Drop weapon (Sometiimes laggs ur ps3 out)

Toggles(1):
up on Dpad = speed (slo mo, fast mo)
down on Dpad = super jump height (3 settings)
left on Dpad = red lazer on gun
right on Dpad = unlimited ammo

Toggles(2):
right on Dpad = shoot with hands
Down on Dpad = see through walls
left on Dpad = UNKNOWN
up on Dpad = UNKNOWN

SPEEDS:
up on Dpad = Run Foreward speed (3 settings)
Down on Dpad = general speed? unknown
left on Dpad = move backwards speed (3 settings)
right on Dpad = sideways speed (3 settings)

ViSiON:
up on Dpad = UNKNOWN
down on Dpad = weird candy colours
left on Dpad = UNKNOWN
right on Dpad = PS3 FREEZE!

Does this method work for xbox 360?
Yes it does but thats a whole different tutorial.
