So, My background is fit to my screen
resolution, BUT whenever I change it to my
desktop, It just does tile form, So I go to
personalization and when I change it to fit, or fill
It doesnt change even when I logoff and re-log on
Can someone help?

Change the size of the photo you're trying to use make it smaller

Like, I said the photo is the exact same size, as my screen resolution, I just can get it off tile, it wont change
