Can't create a new account or use a old one to recover pretty much sucks.

It just that they are upgrading something or sorting a problem or maybe adding a lot of things and i said upgrading* but it shocks me that as me i can sign in but other's can't i am now going to search this up on the sony website.

this happened to me when i called sony my ps3 had been banned form going online for 5weeks

I think they are fixing the "Forgot My Password" system incase users forget their date of birth with the account they can use "Security Question." I can never be sure though.
