im trying to restore an ipod i jail broke that is now locked uo and is stuck on the apple logo.. i looked at some vids that told me to to put it in some mode and now it connects to itunes but when i go to restore it itunes tells me some error "error 1611" which i also looked on youtube how to fix and i did what they said to uninstall and reinstall all apple programs and now it is telling me my apple mobile device service is not started and i looked on youtube about that too and it still wont work any advice? will rep thanks

Either leave it to run out of battery or try unplugging it and then restoring on a different computer

My Ipod once turned all white it was the weirdest thing and I let it run out of battery.

It took a week, but I was so happy

i tried a different computer and it loaded up and my ipod has a loading bar and itunes says waiting on ipod but the bar isnt moving and it has been about 10 min
