It's a hologram of him. But there is a lot of controversy about how it looks to real so if could be him. I hope it is

It's not him snoop and dr.dre paid 400,000 pound on this hologram and if you search up coachella 2012 on YouTube you will see a camera angle from the side and it is 2D it isn't him but there are facts about him coming back and how he isn't dead.

No it is a hologram, some guy I think in Europe made it, and they had to have permission from his mother before they did it. They literally brought Tupac back.
