I know everybody's gonna say aela anyway so i dont know why i asked. I personally use vorstag from the inn in markarth because he can duel weild with a staff and keep up while traveling

i would say a dog. i think they are the best. Sometimes the other followers get annoying.

I would say Barbas the dog, hes actually a daedra. He cant die . You can find him by talking to the blacksmith in riverwood.

the girl in the Dark Brother hood isnt bad but it takes a while to get her and she is tough and you can use her as a mobile chest

Yeah, I also use the new Dark Brotherhood recruits (You get when you finish the DB storyline)

They're easy to get, and can hold a few needed items.

The dark brotherhood recruit because she is invincible and is a pretty good fighter
