Call your internet provider and ask them to open your ports up.

You can but you have to know a certain website that your internet provider has. I'm not too sure, just call them up mate.

If this is an unusual occurance try going to the dashboard then going,
Settings,
Network Settings,
Configuration settings,
Go to the right and then restore factory defaults,
Test your connection...
If it does not fix it you can try opening your ports or enabling UPnP.
You can do this by following the instructions in this video..

go to routerlogin.net, i think that might be just for netgear routers though: :S im sure you put your ip in your address bar then the website comes up,

I just test my connection then it says OPEN
