I spawn exactly where you put me, right outside of Riverrun. No thugs spawned but I didn't mind running around to see what I could do. I beat up some of the townfolk and recorded the # of hits it took to take them down vs the # from the original save and nothing had changed.

I know the console command is listed as

player.modav unarmeddamage X

Perhaps it's me? Or do you think the X value is just too low?

No problem. how many hits did it normally take you?

It took me about 15+ to take down a cave bear. Humans aren't really a problem but going against a dragon is going to be impossible if I can't take down a bear without going through every potion in my stock.

ok i just got it up and i was able to kill a bear in 2 hits. However im thinking their might be a problem going from the PC to the xbox (idk why that would happen but there is no other explanation if this doesnt work ) Im thinking it will tho .

It works and is amazing!

Only problem is that some npcs were dead when I loaded the save. But that shouldn't be a huge deal as I don't recall him being a part of any major quests.

If you want to do the testing hall save, it's the Freya save I posted earlier where you changed the stats back down to lvl 1.
