I also gave you a ring that increases your carry weight so that you can run around and finish the quest instead of slowly walking

hey man my save works awesome, just wondering is there anyway you can add the testing hall to it ? aswell as removing the cooldown from my shouts ? if not its cool but if you can heres the save, i was also wondering is there anyway that for example a war hammer could have its weight reduced so that it can be swung faster ? if it can could you add me a Daedric warhammer please or anyway to increase movement speed of sprint to somthing like 40% faster ? and weapon swinging speed ?

Ya I can the testing hall but after you are done in it I would have to mod you back out. And I can look into the other things. It will take a bit tho.
