and in respons to the other guy, no you cant add mods like that to the xbox 360 version of the game, they are pc exclusives, if you have the PC version then there are alternate websites to look for mods.

Exactly however bethesda is trying to make mods accessible on consoles. But they can't because of security reasons. But hopefuly they can get them for the next bethesda game ,( hopefully fallout 4 )

sorry mate as me and cipher said, at the moment it isnt possible to add that into a console version of the game, i know on the PS3 version there were people that accessed the DLC for Oblivion like shivering isles, and replaced the .esp files with modded files of their own, i think they were using jailbroken ps3's to do it, but as of now there is no way to let consoles do it.

Ya you can do that but that can take a little bit of time. Also this is mostly for other things like items.

yeah the book glitch kinda sucks, takes a pretty long time to do.

Ya that was how I used to get points but it took forever to get 100 of em so I found a new much more efficient way.

my brother has the PC version of skyrim but we both kinda suck with console commands, thats why i wasnt sure if it was even possible to make you swing the weapon any faster, my brother said if there was a way to remove the weight from the item then it would swing faster nut we have no idea how, and the movement speed we did try to get it to run faster but with no luck lol we kinda corrupted the game save :F
