Ok, I tried to sign into My Xbox Live app Microsoft released, and it said there was an error when trying to sign in...please connect to xbox.com. I went to xbox.com and it said that I was banned until 12/31/9999[permaban], I had no way to check what it was for because I have been hacked three times and never changed the e-mail back [just the passwrd]. So I get on today to make a one month and to try to find an og/semi og gamertag for when I buy another 12 month card, and it signed my banned account in. My info has Code of Conduct but xbox.com doesnt say I am banned now. If anybody can tell me what might have happened or if it has happened to them, please help me out.
