i have a flashed hitachi 0059DJ with lt+2.0 and there is nothing wrong with it but every time i put any game in it (backup or original) it will try to read then it will all of a sudden say open tray like there isnt a disc in it. so can someone kinda help me out and it would be great if yall found a video on showing me or something because i cant find one or maybe lead me by step by step


EDIT: it played disc before just fine for a bit but now it kinda just stopped working

There could be something wrong with your laser you maybe damaged it when you flashed it that's the only thing I can think of.

well is there a way to strengthen it or fixing it without replacing?

well u kinda did help because i did forget to mention that i bought it with no firmware on it at all

Open it up and push the laser into the center.

slide it to the center of the disc tray, where the disc spins on.
