Okayy . Im Wondering if someone will make me a banner. This computer im on dont have photoshop. and I Have another problem . I Really Dont Know How to Put the Banner On My Profile . so if someone could tell me and help . I Would Help Alot!! Thankks (;

I can't make you a banner, but to put one on your profile, it should be in your profile settings.

Yes you need premium membership.

Go to 'Graphic Service' section and request on a topic.
Its faster than the actual request section.

a banner is different from a signature these guys dont know what there talking about.
when and if you have a banner you have to go to your profile and change the banner by adding a link from the image
