Thanks for the help man but how come i have waited so long and fast travled back and forth to try and get them to respawn and they still dont? if anyone could help on that it will much appreciated

Maybe try doing some other missions and then come back.

It's 7 days in game time, but you must wait it out in a major city for them to respawn .

my way is a lot easier you just have to make sure that u have access to the college of winterhold
