There is no way to do this.. If you disable Javascript, the Survey won't pop up and the page will tell you to enable Javascript.
If you live outside of the U.S like me, Most of the surveys asks for your phone number, so they will send you a code (this will cost you money) and then you have to put this code in the survey.
Mostly free programs and such that are uploaded to ShareCash and other download sites where surveys are required, are mostly all fake. So don't waste your time on that! Find another download link, or ask some help on TheTechGame (If you really can't find it on Google..)
