Call Microsoft about it, then they will tell you "Just block them" then you can just say that they keep joining you and all that... then they will give you a free name change.

Name changing really isn't helping, considering I have changed my name 3 times already.

They just get random people they meet to send me messages. And if I'm offline it wont matter, they can still message me.
