here comes the army of 4/20 honorers who are all going to say the same thing, i honestly would change it as well though because in Amsterdam, they have a way less crime rate than other parts of the world and drug related violence wouldnt be needed, so really it would clean up the streets

@All the people saying to change the driving age: If the driving age in any place was changed to a lower age there would be so many more wrecks. I think the driving age for most places atm is the right age.

Anyways if I could change a law I would change the seat belt law. There should be a choice whether or not I want to wear a seat belt. Sure seat belts have saved lives, but there have also been times where seat belts have hurt people and have stopped people from people able to escape from wrecks.

Change a law to make the people in this world be able to do anything they want. The only things I would leave is not to kill and steal.

That driving insurance has to be the same for all people.

And the the law that if you kill someone, they have to be executed.
