Yes, you can still get it on a 3gs.

I wouldnt bother dude, I have the 4S and obviously I have Siri, but it's garbage dude I hardly ever use it and I even often forget it is there! It's not worth the trouble of slowing down your "aincient" phone. I hope you see this and take in my advice
