Ya you couldnt find it because there isnt one code that gives perkpoints you have to level up you character. and yes i can it. i created a set of codes that allows me to do it. i will give 199 (that is max. anymore and it resets to 0)

Also if you can could you make it so the enchants and armor and weapon smithing and enhancing is at 1000% on a ring and necklace or any set of gloves? Then make it so the enchants, armor/weapong making and enhancing without it is normal again? So say like you get a necklace that have an enchant on it for 1000% better enchanting and armor/weapon smithing. Put it on everything you make is godly, without it everything is normal. Also one for alchemy would be badass too. I'd give you 20 rep for it all also the codes for it too would be nice your choice on that though for the code giving part.

The only thing i found that was close to unlocking all quests was caqs. however this completed all quests and glitch out the game with all kinds of notifications.
