My xbox won't read my disks it always says "Open Tray".

First id try this..
1. open your disk tray
2. take game out so its empty
3. in the middle of tray (inside)there is a black flywheel
4. turn the flywheel untill it shuts the tray
5. re open tray and try game ..
IF THIS DOSENT WORK YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE LASER LENS

Perfect.

Now if your tray just doesn't open, you take a butter knife and pry it open.
Works every time.
