Open disk tray

Put disk in

Close the disk tray as fast as you can with your hand! Do not press button! (I promise it won't break your disk tray)

It should work

Try this..

Open disk tray
Remove the disk ( Keep tray open )
Unplug power cable with tray still open
Plug power back in
Put disk in then close tray
Open tray then close again


This should work.
