So I have a ZyXel modem and a Lynksys router and I can't get my nat to change. I have opened the required ports but nothing has helped. If someone helps me fix it, you'll get 1600 Microsoft points. Peace.

I think you have to go to your router homepage to change it or reset it on xbox

Test your xbox live connection. That's what I do and it works.

Back on topic, Try disconnecting everything off of your modem, router, and xbox make sure that there's no dust or anything like that and then reconnect everything and check.

be sure upnp is enabled on your router. be sure you opened the right ports

The nat its strict and I have been to my modern and router pages multiple times over many months and nothing has helped
