My slim is very inconsistent on its boot time. sometimes it's takes like 5 sec and sometimes it take over 5 min. What can I do to get it I have a better boot time?

that is just the way rgh is right now the boot times will most likely get better as they develop it more

you can get something called a post out quick solder board you can find them on xconsoles it will help you adjust the length of the blue wire to improve and stabilize boot times...
