Hello Everyone! Today, you'll be learning how to use the TeamViewer remote control application on the Android and iPhone / iTouch to control your Desktop computer from your mobile device. There are no USB connectors needed. All you need is your Wifi or 3G/4G connection.
First thing you'll want to do is go here and download the latest version of TeamViewer to your PC or Mac. I recommend downloading this for personal and non-commercial use so you don't have to buy a license.
Next thing, Get on your mobile device. Open the App Store or Play Store (formerly Android Market) and search for TeamViewer. It will be a free download so don't worry about this costing you anything. Once it's installed scroll through the little three page tutorial they give you. You can read it if you'd like.
Now that you have them both installed. Open up the version on your Desktop and find your ID and Password.
I have my ID and Password Partially covered.

Enter that information in the respective categories on your mobile device and tap "Connect to partner." If you want to do this when you are not home, you'll have to open TeamViewer before you leave and get the password. You shouldn't need to accept the connection from the PC end, it should just connect with no kinks.
There you have it! A short and sweet tutorial on getting into those PC files from your mobile device!
