its says this message when i try to turn it on
Windows could not boot becuase the following file is missing or corupt:
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM
and its a hp mini theres no disk drive what do i do!!

Yhhh you probs delted something in your system 32 bad luck man you gunna have to boot it back to a earlyer stage or re-install the whole thing.

How about neither? Typically these things are easy fixes. Microsoft has an article how to fix it as well. And guess what, you don't lose everything in the process. :|

You can make one by downloading it and burning it to a disc.
