Is it just me or is it really weird that we can send people into space, rovers to mars hundreds of thousands of miles away but we can't find a cure for diseases wich ravage the globe?

Fume wrote the goverment created cancer and they always had a cure they just dont want to realease it because they make too much money off cancer and they want to Reduce the earths population.
