Click the drop down list, find GTA IV, click can you run it and it will start the process.

GTA was shipped with so many problems. Its really a matter or hit and miss. I have an i-7 with 8gb of ram, unfortunatley uses integrated graphics. I started off with about 5 fps. I googled and googled for months on how to fix it an I was able to get up to 40 fps after fixing it. I passed the canurunit test withflying colors. I will find the solutions tonight when I get home, im currently on my phone. Best of luck until then! *1ninja1*

-TehCharlie- wrote Yes u got 4.00 gb ram should be anough
If not then look for soloution on google / youtu
Hope I helped !
You seriously don't know anything about computers. Shit loads of RAM doesn't make your computer good.
Anyways the CPU will be fine, Ram is fine however the most important thing is Your Graphics card. Laptop graphics cards are usually shitty and GTA IV is quite a demanding game due to it being a bad console port. If you have Integrated Intel 3000 Graphics then you won't be able to run. However if you have a description graphics card such as a a GT525m Then you should be okay for medium-ish settings.
I personally don't really know too much about laptops but from what I know the Intel 3000 won't be able to run GTA IV. So if you have that don't bother getting GTA IV from my point of view. However I may be wrong maybe you would be able to play on the lowest settings. I'm more of a desktop PC person
