I Just got myself the tritton headset and my friends in an xbox live party chat tell me that i sound low, how can i fix this? it didnt happen when i had turtle beaches

Mine work perfect. Try Turing off ur controller and Turing it back on then maybe put the mic Closer to ur mouth. And make sure the mic it self is pluged in good.

Your controller isn't plugged in all the way and only one ring is capturing your voice.
There are three rings;
1. High Sounds (squeakers)
2. Low Sounds (darth vader)
3. Left and Right Stereo
You are only plugged in halfway, which means your headset cord is broken.
If it is wireless I suggest fixing the tower.

the cord cant be broken i just got it yesterday plus i've been treating it with lots of care
