Hate to be the grammar Nazi but it should be "Russia isn't a communist country anymore" and Africa is not a country, it's a continent and they have ALOT more wars in Africa. Think of all the mass genocides and civil wars. Kony started for a reason and that is in Africa. I don't see Obama kidnapping kids in America and making them fight against their will.
