when ispawn a limo/plane it wont let me fly it and i watch all these other videos of people using the same mods to fly

Well, is your scripts combined with any other mods?

If not then it's not a fly car, which means it won't fly.

where can i get additional mods liek colored headlights car spawns freeze cars super fast cars, and what would i use to open up the iso file in order to replace the stuff required to do all this

Well you just have to look around for mods packs you want.

The programs you need are in the sticky.

And if you know how to make your own disc, just go into the gtxd text, then go to air tug and set it as a plane.

i have mod manager from sultanRS but the need for speed mod dont work -_-
